K25.ai closes Series A at a $200 million post-money valuation with Amber Group backing

AI-native live prediction market platform K25.ai has announced the completion of its Series A financing round, with strategic backing from Amber Group and a post-money valuation of $200 million. The company said its valuation doubled in less than 60 days. According to the announcement, the fresh capital will be used to speed up product development, support global expansion, build out institutional liquidity infrastructure, and grow its creator ecosystem. Amber Group is set to support K25.ai across market infrastructure, liquidity strategy, ecosystem development, and digital assets. K25.ai combines AI with live content, allowing users to make real-time predictions across sports, esports, and entertainment scenarios, while using its in-house AI infrastructure for real-time market creation, content monitoring, and outcome adjudication. The company also noted that its earlier Pre-A round was led by Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group.
